Polite Notice

As from today due to the increasing number of no shows I will be charging a £10 non refundable deposit for people that want to book their appointment. People that fail to attend their appointments or do not give a valid reason with at least 24 hours notice will not be given a refund. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but it is unfair on me and other clients that may want that appointment. I have also got bills to pay.

Due to a number of time wasters not turning up to their appointments without an excuse I am just wanting to let everyone know that time wasters will not be tolerated.

If you can not attend your appointment please let me know so I can offer that appointment to someone as there a number of people waiting for appointment as I haven’t got that space. It also puts me at a loss of income. I also have bills to pay.

It is unfair on me and my other clients that may want that space to not attend your appointment without letting me know. No shows without a valid reason will not be tolerated.

I reserve the right to charge the full fee to those that don’t attend their appointments.
