I am a qualified hypnotherapist working from home in the Folkestone/Hythe area Hypnotherapy helps to deal with an issue a person really wants to change.

Hello I'm Julie and I spent many years working as a social worker in various settings, helping children with disabilities, and children within fostering and adoption settings. I understand how childhood issues can affect us all into adulthood and I enjoy helping people remove obstacles in their lives. I am a qualified hypnotherapist, working from home in the Folkestone/Hythe area, dealing with many and often complex issues, ranging from weight loss, sleep loss and fear of flying, to IBS, giving up smoking, relationship issues and much more. I work with anyone from age 6 upwards. I am also a Hypnobirthing teacher. Hypnobirthing is a fantastic way to give birth without fear and very much includes the birthing partner. In addition, I am a Reiki Master practitioner. For those who are not aware, Reiki originates from Japan, and is a form of stress release and relaxation. I am also an Energy Practitioner in the Balance Procedure, which helps energy systems become balanced and more aligned.
