Wonderful to have a walk and talk session booked into my online Thursday.

The calm and content weather left plenty of space to explore a clients inner life 🙂

I'm beginning to wind my practice down for the summer.

My last working day is Wednesday 30th July.

Back September 2nd.

I'm looking forward to a little break for more slow mornings and lazy afternoons 🙂

I don't know about you, but I remember sitting for hours colouring when I was young. It brought me to stillness.

I find with particular clients (younger and older) it also does the same.

Often, it gives space to talk about our inner world when our outer world is busy with a task.

I feel very lucky to get to do the job I do. 😌

What did you get up to on this wonderful sunny day?

Amongst my client sessions, we had a brilliant paper chain competition during lunch break.

They were so impressed that they combined them all and measured 25 metres long 🤣
