Freeflowyoga Hatha Yoga is gentle blend of strengthening, energising, and relaxing poses, good for the body and calming for the mind too. Also available Reflexology.

A regular Yoga practice can help in many ways, lowering stress hormones, boosting endorphins which improve our mood and sense of well being, activating the lymphatics to remove toxins, strengthening the lungs and respiratory tract to name a few. Our classes start with a short relaxation, some limbering to prepare the body for the asanas (Poses) while working with the breath to more challenging poses. It is quite exceptable to modify and adapt the poses if there are physical limitations, making our classes accessible for everyone. Finally we finish with a breathing practice and relaxation. So breath, relax and enjoy! Also available Reflexology which involves the application of pressure techniques and relaxation movements to specific areas of the feet, resulting in a reflex action in other areas of the body. Now available Spiritual Healing, Reiki, Sound Healing & Laughter Yoga

Come and join us for some Yoga, get moving, quiet your mind and breathe ❤️

As a Yoga Teacher who came to Yoga after a serious back injury, falling from a horse (a big one!) I can honestly say that Yoga is my rescue remedy!
Yoga keeps me moving and pain free but also helps me to be calm and deal with life’s challenges.

Yoga is much more than just an exercise, it’s a way of life.

Why not try a class?
I have a spaces in my morning classes, on Tuesday and Wednesday, 10.00-.11.30am.
Suitable for all levels and ages.
