CoLLaB Carers Connection Center is open every Wednesday from 10am until 3pm.
Bring your loved ones with you if you have no one to take over caring for them.
Refreshments are available all day.
The next few weeks look like this;
Wednesday 25th March - Carers Rights - Come and chat about Your Rights as a Carer and how to use them to advocate for yourself and your loved one
Wednesday 1st April - Health & Wellbeing - April is Stress Awareness Month. We are offering a Caring Resilience Course from 1pm to 3pm - please email for more information on how to join the session.
Wednesday 8th April - Practical Support - Take part in our Carer Forums and find out about support services available and tips to support you in your caring role.
Starting in May, we will open later every Wednesday until 6.30pm
