We’ll begin with a Groove — moving, expressing, letting go and reconnecting with your body…

…and then we soften.

Guided by Pam, you’ll be gently led through somatic movement, deep stretches and Yoga Nidra — a powerful guided meditation designed to fully relax the body and calm the nervous system.

❤️Review of the 3 week Ayurvedic Cleanse process🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I've been taking part in Virginia's cleanses regularly since she started the group several years ago now. I was looking for a natural way to deal with IBS type symptoms and toxic build up and for a more holistic approach through menopause. The impact of the cleanses has been profound for me. A deeper understanding of food combining and the Ayurvedic principles which ,when I follow properly, eliminates any bloating and IBS type symptoms. I've also managed my transition through menopause with no medication and my fibromyalgia symptoms have eased considerably. Ayurvedic cleansing is a way of life for me now and the more I cleanse, the deeper the process goes and the calmer and clearer my mind is, as well as my body.

❤️After a really busy half term, I was ready to let loose and spin around and throw some shapes on the beach dance floor to let off steam 💃

😁A wonderful walk in the woods up at Penshaw with the beautiful soul Nina to talk all things food, nutrition and the Mind-Body connection. Subjects we're both passionate about ❤️

🍒Nina is a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (dipCNM) and Mind–Body Eating Coach and the food she makes is simply divine!

🍓I'm coming into the 3rd week of my Ayurvedic cleanse where we introduce different foods back into our diet and I was treated to one of Nina's incredibly delicious sweet treats which, after 2 weeks of cleansing, I demolished it before I took a picture 😂

🤩We met at a networking event and discovered we're both ex School Teachers and even went to the same secondary school in Sunderland 😱. I love these connections ❤️

😊The Ayurvedic cleanse process has a huge impact not only on the BODY but on the MIND, because, as we know, they're inextricably linked.

😍The calmness and clarity I feel in my body and mind after this process is something I love and talking to Nina with her experience as a Mind-Body eating Coach, we come from the same place.

❤️Looking forward to exploring this further and sampling more of Nina's amazing creations 🤩

So what is the grounding hour? The grounding hour combines meditation, energy balancing and deep relaxation.
"A deeply nurturing and energy balancing session designed to support you in reconnecting with your deeper inner self and intuition. With a focus on subtle energy practices such as Mindfulness Meditation, Meridian Activation and Tapping, gentle balancing Breathwork, seated floor stretches and a long Yoga Nidra guided relaxation to finish, it will calm and regulate your nervous system so you can come home to yourself and listen to your intuitive inner whispers that guide you when you get quiet enough to listen."

🧘‍♀️Thank you so much to one of my lovely Yoga students, Alison, who works at Durham Recovery college for this opportunity. Truly grateful🙏

🥰Alison applied for funding and won the bid so I could deliver gentle, somatic Yoga and relaxation sessions to support the emotional and mental wellbeing of the students who access services at the college 🙏

😁Such a lovely, friendly, welcoming group of amazing people (we missed you Chris Tracey and your giggles 😘)

💃Looking forward to the rest of our sessions and giving the workers and students some much needed relaxation time ❤️
