Gentle Stretch and Chat (age 60+ )
Join our relaxed weekly class designed for people aged 60 and over who want to move more, feel better and enjoy friendly company. Each 60 minute session combines gentle, joint-safe stretches and mobility exercises with breathing techniques to improve flexibility, balance and posture.
We work at your pace, so everyone can participate comfortably. After the movement, stay for a casual 15–20 minute chat with tea and light refreshments to connect, share tips and make new friends.
