New Workshop coming to MindfulMe in 2026

SootheMe. A 90‑minute Yin Yoga & Sound Workshop

Sink into deep release at MindfulMe. SootheMe blends slow, supported yin postures with immersive sound healing (singing bowls, gentle gong & chimes and Drum) to unwind the nervous system, soften connective tissues, and restore balance. This monthly workshop uses long-held poses, mindful breath, and resonant soundscapes to encourage emotional letting‑go and deep physical restoration.

What to expect
- 60 minutes of guided yin postures (long holds, props encouraged)
- A sound journey woven through the practice for deeper relaxation
- Calm, meditative pacing
-Meditation

Benefits
- Release held tension and increase joint mobility
- Calm the mind and reduce stress/anxiety
- Deeper, more restorative rest and clarity

When women gather magic happens ✨

We had a special night for the return of our monthly restorative women’s circle.

The theme was radical self love. Radical self-love for women means intentionally choosing yourself, your needs, desires, rest, and boundaries.

Loving every part of you.

Last night we came together to support one another, listening with open hearts and without judgment.

Our next date is Sunday December 14th and spaces are already filling up.

A HUGE welcome to our brand-new teacher, 💚

We’re so excited to announce that the gorgeous Levi will be taking over Yin Yang every Saturday at the new time of 8:30 AM.

Levi has been regularly covering Rachel’s classes before maternity leave and our community absolutely loves her.

Levi brings a beautiful blend of strength and calm to her classes. She’s a Strength & Wellness Coach and a 200-hr certified yoga teacher having trained in Bali and Levi is passionate about helping women find balance with body and self. Not only that, Levi has a kind, beautiful energy and we couldn’t be happier to have her as part of MindfulMe.

Yin Yang can now be booked directly on our website alongside all other weekly classes for MindfulMe.

Gentle Stretch and Chat (age 60+ )

Join our relaxed weekly class designed for people aged 60 and over who want to move more, feel better and enjoy friendly company. Each 60 minute session combines gentle, joint-safe stretches and mobility exercises with breathing techniques to improve flexibility, balance and posture.

We work at your pace, so everyone can participate comfortably. After the movement, stay for a casual 15–20 minute chat with tea and light refreshments to connect, share tips and make new friends.

Baby & Me Wellbeing Hour ✨

Starting Thursday 4th December 1:00pm at MindfulMe

Gentle Mother & Baby Stretch and Wellbeing

A nurturing weekly class for new mothers and their babies, combining gentle postnatal stretching, simple core-recovery exercises and calming breathing techniques with relaxed social time. Safe modifications for different stages of postpartum recovery, and baby-friendly movements (feeding/settling breaks welcome). Focus is on restoring mobility, easing tension, improving posture, and supporting emotional wellbeing.

What to expect:
- 30 - minutes of gentle stretches, pelvic floor awareness and light mobility work
- Tips for safe postnatal recovery and posture when lifting/feeding
- Soothing relaxation and breathing to reduce stress and promote sleep
- Short social time after class to connect with other parents

Benefits:
- Gentle rebuilding of strength and flexibility after childbirth
- Reduced neck, shoulder and back tension
- Improved posture and pelvic floor awareness
