Gentle Stretch and Chat (age 60+ )

Join our relaxed weekly class designed for people aged 60 and over who want to move more, feel better and enjoy friendly company. Each 60 minute session combines gentle, joint-safe stretches and mobility exercises with breathing techniques to improve flexibility, balance and posture.

We work at your pace, so everyone can participate comfortably. After the movement, stay for a casual 15–20 minute chat with tea and light refreshments to connect, share tips and make new friends.

Baby & Me Wellbeing Hour ✨

Starting Thursday 4th December 1:00pm at MindfulMe

Gentle Mother & Baby Stretch and Wellbeing

A nurturing weekly class for new mothers and their babies, combining gentle postnatal stretching, simple core-recovery exercises and calming breathing techniques with relaxed social time. Safe modifications for different stages of postpartum recovery, and baby-friendly movements (feeding/settling breaks welcome). Focus is on restoring mobility, easing tension, improving posture, and supporting emotional wellbeing.

What to expect:
- 30 - minutes of gentle stretches, pelvic floor awareness and light mobility work
- Tips for safe postnatal recovery and posture when lifting/feeding
- Soothing relaxation and breathing to reduce stress and promote sleep
- Short social time after class to connect with other parents

- Gentle rebuilding of strength and flexibility after childbirth
- Reduced neck, shoulder and back tension

Mindfulme - Holistic Fertility Support Programme

If you’re facing the emotional rollercoaster of infertility, know you’re not alone, and support is available. This supportive, nurturing programme is designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and inner strength with gentle, holistic practices.

Our new six week course is created by our founder who experienced years of infertility treatments and the emotional and physical toll it takes on your mind and body.

Over six weeks, through compassionate group sessions or personalised 1:1 guidance, Claire will guide you in, managing stress and embracing self-compassion. This isn’t about treatment or diagnosis, it’s about creating space for your emotional wellbeing and empowering you on your journey.

What you can expect:
✨ Weekly group sessions or private coaching tailored to your needs
✨ Gentle yoga, movement, and breathing exercises to soothe your nervous system
✨ Mindfulness and meditation practices that deepen self-awareness and calm
✨ Rituals & reflection prompts to reconnect with your sense of self

Sunday Soul Shine : Part of our “Catch your Moments” Women’s Wellbeing Community

Life’s busy. You’re balancing work, family, and everything in between.

Join us for “Sunday Soul Shine: Move and Meditate,” a 90 minute gentle movement and meditation class for Women, designed to enhance your wellbeing and community.

Each week’s practice will focus on different areas and themes of women’s health and wellness.

50 minutes of movement and meditation followed by 40 minutes of connection with drinks and snacks.

On Sunday, we explored how the body and breath can guide us back to calm. Gentle stretches and mindful breathing send signals of safety to the nervous system, helping to ease tension and lower background levels of anxiety. When the body feels safe, the mind follows.

These practices remind us that direction doesn’t always come from pushing harder, but from pausing long enough to notice the signals within.

A simple reset you can try today:
1. Sit comfortably and take 3 slow belly breaths.
2. Notice how your body feels as you exhale.
3. Ask yourself gently: What feels right for me?

Almost exactly a year ago I walked into my first yoga teacher training session. Full of nerves, excitement and an open mind…

Now a whole year later I’m celebrating with a final class before I head on maternity leave for a little while ahead of having my first child!

Join me to celebrate slowness, a wind down to the cosy season as we approach the autumn equinox. Together we will practice breath, gentle yoga flows, soften into the new season with some intentions to carry us into the next chapter of the year.

As always class will be £7, all welcome and all equipment provided. Think cosy blankets, bolsters, eye pillows and a few yoga swans 🦢
