New Workshop coming to MindfulMe in 2026
SootheMe. A 90‑minute Yin Yoga & Sound Workshop
Sink into deep release at MindfulMe. SootheMe blends slow, supported yin postures with immersive sound healing (singing bowls, gentle gong & chimes and Drum) to unwind the nervous system, soften connective tissues, and restore balance. This monthly workshop uses long-held poses, mindful breath, and resonant soundscapes to encourage emotional letting‑go and deep physical restoration.
What to expect
- 60 minutes of guided yin postures (long holds, props encouraged)
- A sound journey woven through the practice for deeper relaxation
- Calm, meditative pacing
