Fun Fact Friday
In Estonia, it used to be tradition to have a “Christmas sauna” on December 23rd, known as jõulusaun.
Families would gather for a long, relaxing steam session to cleanse themselves before the Christmas celebrations.
After the sauna, they’d enjoy holiday foods and prepare for the festive days ahead.
It’s seen as a way to step into Christmas feeling refreshed, peaceful, and ready for good luck in the coming year. 🎄✨🔥
We have Sunday sauna morning sessions this week if you feel you need a recharge and refresh as we head towards Christmas Day
