Now part of Strong Life Care, where everyone has a life worth celebrating. The friendly, professional team at Church View provide personalised residential and respite care for older people, including those living with dementia. The team at Church View will find out everything they can about your loved one to personalise every aspect of their care to their precise needs, interests and wishes. Family and friends are always welcome to visit. There is even a family room with a box of toys for visiting children. Residents can visit the hair salon, enjoy relaxing in the beautiful gardens or the different lounges, watching television, pursuing hobbies or reading the paper. The bedrooms are airy and bright, with en-suite facilities. Residents are encouraged to personalise their room to make them feel more at home.

A Heart-Warming Remembrance Day at Church View Care Home

What a wonderful day we’ve had here at Church View as our residents, families, and team came together to mark Remembrance Day with a nostalgic sing-along. The amazing Claire Louise performed all our old favourites, filling the home with music, smiles, and plenty of community spirit. 🎶💛

We were joined by 25 residents and more than 10 family members, making it a lovely morning of connection and reflection.

The celebration was extra special as our dear resident Valerie enjoyed her birthday too — telling us it was “one of the loveliest birthdays she has had.” 🎂💐

A huge thank you to Paula, our wonderful Lifestyle Coordinator, for organising such a beautiful event, and to Amy, our dedicated Home Manager, for creating such a warm, family-focused atmosphere. As Amy said:
✨ “What a wonderful morning with amazing family involvement, organised by our amazing lifestyle lead Paula.”

Days like these truly show the caring, vibrant community we’re proud to nurture here at Church View. We’re excited for many more special moments to come. 💛

😭We’re so sorry to say that due to an outbreak of sickness and diarrhea we’ve have to make the tough decision to cancel our Halloween party.

We know how much everyone was looking forward to it (we were too!), but the health and safety of everyone comes first. Thank you for understanding, we’ll make it up to you with an extra fun event once everyone’s feeling better! 💜👻

🥰Today marks the last day working with our wonderful and kind-hearted colleague, Gift. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for all her hard work, dedication, and the warmth she has brought to our team.
She will be greatly missed by everyone. In her characteristic thoughtfulness, Gift thanked everyone at Church View with flowers, chocolates, and a lovely card. We wish her all the very best for the future she will truly be missed. 🤗😍
