🌸 Laura’s Ladies Club Update 🌸

Hi everyone 💜💜

Just a little update to keep you all in the loop — we’ll be closed for one week only on 1st April.

We know how important these evenings are for so many of us, so we’ve made sure there’s still somewhere warm and welcoming for you to go. You are all more than welcome to attend:

🕠 Time: 5:30pm – 7:30pm

Please remember, you’re never on your own — whether you pop along for a cuppa, a chat, or just to be around friendly faces, you’ll always be welcomed with kindness and support 💕

We truly care about each and every one of you, and this little break won’t change that. We’ll be back together at The Heart on the Terrace, Murton on 8th April, and we’re already looking forward to seeing all your lovely faces again 🫶

💜 Women’s Mental Health Group 💜

Last night we had 7 amazing ladies join us for our Women’s Mental Health group. It was a lovely evening filled with support, conversation, and a safe space where everyone could relax and be themselves.

These nights are all about connection, understanding, and reminding each other that no one has to face things alone. Every woman who walks through the door brings something special to the group, and it’s wonderful to see the support and friendships growing each time we meet.
Thank you to every single lady who came along last night — your presence makes the group what it is. 💜
