A snapshot of a later stage rehab session with .rickard._
Harry had surgery to repair a ruptured ankle syndesmosis just over 3 months ago. Lots of hard graft in the gym and on the field has led to this point and as you can see, it's definitely paid off!

Tonight we focused on some maximum intention ballistic jumping, plyometric bounds, resisted broad jumps, 1 minute paced jogs, tackle shuttles and finished each block with either a 10m straight line or a 20 curved sprint under fatigue. This is designed to better mimic high speed running during game situations when under fatigue and help with aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.
