Health data is powerful, but only if it leads to action.

Health and lifestyle screening is becoming more common in workplaces and communities. Blood markers, fitness metrics, sleep data, nutrition insight. The information available today is incredible.

But is screening alone enough?

The real impact happens after the results arrive. This is where health and lifestyle coaching combined with screening becomes powerful. Screening tells someone what is happening in their body. Coaching helps them understand why it’s happening and what they can realistically do about it.

'Our western medical paradigm assumes that when an organ fails to perform adequately, it can only be corrected by finding a chemical drug to make it work or remove it surgically.

An often overlooked truth is that we tend to get well by making new cells, not by correcting those that are malfunctioning. We replace the rods and cones in our retina every 48 hours, the lining of our intestines every 3 days, our skin every 6 weeks, our liver every 8 weeks, our nervous system every 7 months and our bones every year.' (Jerry L Tennant).

This brings nutrition into a clear focus - we must have good raw materials to make them and we must have all of the necessary components. We want to avoid making new cells from recycled materials, as the new cells may be no better than the old dysfunctional ones.

'If we build a new house from material taken from a house that was torn down because of termite damage, the new house will not be a very good one.'

The core idea of Healing Is Voltage, is that health depends on the body maintaining the proper electrical charge (voltage) at the cellular level.

According to Tennant, chronic illness happens when the body does not have enough electrical energy to repair and maintain itself.

Restore the body's voltage and it can heal itself.

To increase voltage:

My screening process, which takes around 1 hour, looks at the full picture, measuring up to 50 biomarkers of health:
Blood sugar balance & insulin resistance (the driver of all major chronic illnesses, including cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer's)
• Pre-diabetes risk

• Liver and kidney function
• Heart and cardiovascular health
• Lung health
• Circulation
• Immune function
• Stress and anxiety levels
