I currently have some slots available during the week (Mon-Fri) for in-house pet sitting. This is for drop-ins only, not walks. Which means I will come into your home to look after your pets while you're at work or away. Drop-ins can be 30 to 60 mins and include whatever care they need such as feeding, letting outside, play/exercise indoors or outdoors, treats, lots of love and cuddles 🥰

The Cat Sitting service is still available but only up to 6 weeks in advance due to other business commitments as these tend to be early morning and evening. I may be able to offer cat sitting in the mornings only or during the middle of the day depending on schedule.

Tomorrow’s Ta**us Full Moon is actually a restorative, grounding moon…..really asking us to slow down and notice where we are feeling drained, taken for granted or overwhelmed.

I have a little side hustle, a scratch I need to itch, a slightly self indulgent dream.

has been simmering in my head for a few years, a lifestyle brand full of all my passions, inspirations and obsessions (told you it was self indulgent)

I have a notebook FULL of ideas but here are my little soft launch babies…..statement prints with a Yogic vibe and a clear message.

Thank you to all our yogis, to Nat and Lewis for being the firestarters, for the yummy food, for the super soundbath and of course to our hosts for the best venue and setting and always being so helpful.

Trigger warning VEGAN POST

I know….I know nobody likes a gobby vegan!
But on World Vegan Day I thought it would be an ideal opportunity to share the link between veganism and Yoga.

Ahimsa is one of the five yamas, which are the ethical, moral and societal guidelines for yogis. Ahimsa can be simplified into a practice of non-violence in all aspects of life, from the physical to the mental and emotional.

Hence why many Yogis don’t eat animal products, as we support the belief that animal agriculture and animal products contribute to violence, greed, and a less pure state of being.

Personally since moving from vegetarian to vegan some 9 years ago I can honestly saw I have never felt healthier, my skin is better, I never feel bloated and I eat more nutritionally than I ever have.

Pic two is the sweet potato and spinach curry that I cooked for me and Nat this evening. Delish.

I’m hoping this doesn’t come across as a preachy post, obviously I feel very passionately about veganism for many reasons, however I know it is a contentious subject to discuss on a business page….but you know me 😂
