One of my very regular reflexology clients tried reiki for the first time recently ❤
Why?
A friend told her it was 'good', so she gave it a whirl ........ ❤
No whirling going on actually ......
No expectations .....
No pre-conceived notions of what it should or shouldn't be .....
No anglels expected to drop by .....
No great aunt Mabel in spirit giving words of wisdom ...
She simply laid down and let the energy flow ❤
Allowed the exhaustion, the frazzle, the juggling ....
or the ....
and the ....
the toll of being human in 2025 ...... modern living !
to pass ....
to drift away ....
