Maybe you aren’t the most flexible person, or the strongest person. But you’re tired of being achy and inflexible and want to tone up.

A Pilates class sounds great, but you’re worried everyone in the class will be more flexible and stronger than you are. What if you can’t do the class? What if it’s embarrassing to be in a group of people who will all be stronger, leaner and more flexible than you?

Getting fit shouldn’t be scary!

I love teaching my classes filled with hard working, regular people. They are trying to get out of p.ain, improve themselves and be a bit fitter.

The people in my classes are not gym-tastic, with perfect bodies and bulging muscles. They come because they want more flexibility, more toning or have back pain. Every Body is different with unique abilities and things to work on.

So, if you’ve always wanted to try out Pilates but are nervous about who will be in class, come along and give it a go. No superstars, just super nice people all working towards the same things you are.

Pilates for real people. That’s us.

Hopefully you’ve had a good rest, remembering the Christmas parties, cocktails, chocolates, gifts… maybe exercise is the last thing on your mind.

But what if you were to think ahead to getting dressed to go to work just after New Year, or in Spring, or Summer?

NOW you might be thinking about getting in shape again, shedding the holiday food and starting to move a bit more, feel more like yourself again.

Heading back to a gym with all the gymnastic bodies might not sound like fun. (This is one of the things that keeps me from going to a gym).

We shouldn’t feel the need to hide from others when we exercise!

When I started teaching Pilates, I realised that Pilates is for Everyone! We can all benefit from the exercises.

The people in my classes are not gym-tastic, with perfect bodies and bulging muscles. They come because they want more flexibility, more toning or have daily aches and p.ains. Every Body is different with unique abilities and things to work on.

I love teaching my classes filled with hard working, regular people. They are trying to get out of pain, improve themselves and be a bit fitter.
