Step into Sounds of Divinity ✨ a luxurious sanctuary designed for deep rest, comfort, and nervous system reset.

Every detail in this space has been thoughtfully created so that the moment you arrive, you can simply soften and let go.

Soft comfortable beds to cocoon you, calming lighting, gravity blankets, and eye pillows are all provided. The space is intentionally designed so you don’t need to think about bringing anything with you.

Because life is busy enough.

When you need to pause, breathe and restore your nervous system, you can simply arrive just as you are and allow the sound to gently guide you into deep relaxation.

Many people also love booking private group experiences , a beautiful way for friends, family or small groups to share a deeply nourishing sound journey together in this peaceful space.

Settle into a deeply relaxing sound immersion, where layered sound and vibration support your nervous system to unwind and restore.

This session is subtly supported by the essence of Aura-Soma, working with the St Germain Quintessence, infused with Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Musk, and Magnolia and Amethyst crystal to create a calm, nurturing space for rest and inner balance.

We’re pleased to be offering Relax and Rebalance in April, a six-week programme for people living with a life-limiting illness and the people who support them.

These hour-long, group sessions offer time to slow down and look after yourself.

Each week focuses on a different theme, with guidance and practical techniques you can use at home. Topics include managing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, mindfulness, journaling, simple hand massage and sound bath, all designed to support your wellbeing in everyday life.

Sessions take place both in person and online.

Before the sound journey begins, I offer attendees a Quintessence to create a calm, clear, protected space — helping the mind soften and the nervous system settle.
Afterwards, we finish with an uplifting Pomander (coral, pink, or gold) to gently re-energise you and support integration as you return.

These 90-minute private group sound baths offer a deeply restorative yet gently playful experience, a chance to rest, explore and journey inward together as sound, vibration and frequency guide you into altered states of relaxation and awareness.

Alongside therapeutic sound, we work with Aura-Soma a powerful system of colour, plant energies and essential oils. Carefully chosen combinations support the cleansing, balancing and harmonising of the auric field, helping to release energetic congestion and restore a sense of flow, clarity and alignment. Colour and aroma gently engage the senses, working subtly yet profoundly on emotional and energetic layers.
