This is an opportunity to celebrate yourself amongst a community of like-minded people. At our CACAO & DANCE, you are free to dance, to laugh, to cry, to stay still… to be whatever you need in the moment.

There is no right or wrong way to move. No performance. Just presence.

We begin our ceremony with a delicious CACAO CEREMONY — gently opening our hearts and bodies, grounding into connection, and preparing to move.

From there, we enter the dance with a specially curated playlist designed to take you on an inner journey — inviting release in body and mind, expression, freedom, and truth.

We close our ceremony with a nourishing SOUND BATH, allowing you to settle, soften, and deeply relax before stepping back into the world.

This is a safe, welcoming, and gently held space.
You don’t need any experience — just an open heart.

Join our Women’s Moon Circle and a sprinkle of ✨magic✨ in your life. 🥰

We are gathering on the 25th of February at .studio in Selkirk.

Under a Waxing Gibbous Moon, we gather at THE HEARTH to slow down, connect, and gently tend to what is growing within us.

This phase of the moon invites refinement — nurturing our intentions with care, attention, and heart before they fully come into form. It’s a time to soften, to listen, and to strengthen what feels aligned.

Together we’ll sit in circle, share, and move into a creative ritual of stone painting — allowing our hands to express what words sometimes cannot. Stones will become anchors for intentions, symbols of what we’re growing, releasing, or learning to hold with compassion.

No artistic experience is needed — this is about presence, process, and expression rather than outcome.

The whole of you is welcome.

We are super excited to be hosting a Kirtan evening with Keltic Kirtan, an amazing group of musicians from the Radha -Krishna Centre – Krishna Community SCIO.

Mantra offers a journey deep within the heart of the soul and is one of the most powerful forms of meditation for strengthening one’s soul relationship with the Divine.

It will be a joyful and uplifting evening of mantra, music, and connection. As our voices rise, the room becomes a vessel — soft, vibrant, alive. No experience is needed — just bring your own voice. Together, we will create awesome vibes!

We’ll close the night with a lovingly offered spread of veggie and vegan foods, nourishing us as we ground back into the body.
