I've been out of work for a while.
Partly because life happened. (Kids.)
Partly because I was, quite literally, run over.
(Repeatedly. Not all at once. Over several years. I don’t recommend it.)
I've genuinely questioned if self employment was still for me... after a couple years musing I concluded - life's way to short not to do the work you love, on your on terms.
Somewhere between recovery, therapy, and redecorating the garage, it became clear that this next chapter couldn’t just be about beauty. It had to be about fixing what actually needed fixing.
And there is… a lot to be fixed at the moment.
So here it is — my new business name:
✨ The Soul Garage ✨
A garage — because that’s where we are.
Soul — because that’s what really needs the work.
(Also my top five music genres, but I thought I’d spare you my metal playlist 😆)
This space is about calming nervous systems, busy brains, and turning up exactly as you are. A place to get patched up, gently realigned, and sent back out into the world feeling a bit more like yourself.

Turns out when you explain the concept as “a place to fix souls,” she absolutely delivers.
