I help people move more gently, think more clearly and feel more connected - in their bodies, in their work and in themselves. We all deserve to live a great life, but what great looks like changes over time and sometimes we find ourselves stuck, living in a way that isn’t right for us anymore. Through coaching, I've worked with women who've gone on to change career, leave a toxic workplace, and make big life decisions about where (and how) they want to live. And through 1-2-1 yoga lessons I've helped people move more freely in the bodies, prepare for group classes and take time to relax and slow down. Happy new year! We've got a gentle start this January - perfect if you’ve ever thought “yoga sounds nice, but I’m not sure my body is ready.”

A big part of how I teach is expecting people to arrive exactly as they are - sore knees, wobbly balance, busy minds and all.

Celebrating handing in my first special yoga assignment with a break in the sunshine.

I'm training to offer yoga as a therapeutic practice to autistic and ADHD children and teens. This first assignment has helped me to think about the space I want to create, with trust and empathy right at its very heart.

It is amazing and I'm already bringing so much of what I'm learning into my gentle yoga sessions.

If you need a break from the festivities this month, I have some quiet, calming moments for you to enjoy...

Gentle yoga at 11am every Thursday except Christmas Day

Free online community yoga at 7.30pm on Tuesday 16 December

Online yin yoga (super cosy) at 9am on Saturday 20 December

We'll move slowly through different poses - finding adaptations for your body. A lovely treat if you love taking your time, if you are new to yoga or if you're returning after an injury.

The frost was crunching under my feet this morning - a small reminder that this time of year asks us to slow down. Moving softly feels especially good on days like this.

I’ve recently started training in therapeutic yoga for neurodivergent children and teens, and it’s already reshaping the way I think about movement. Simple, soothing practices can be powerful - for anyone, at any age.

I’ve got another three months of learning ahead of me and it’s honestly wonderful.

I'll be sprinkling some of the things I'm learning into my gentle yoga session this week. Come and join me at the Quakers Meeting House on Thursday at 11am to try it for yourself!

It's easy to think you have to be super bendy or move quickly through complicated poses to even consider trying yoga.

My yoga sessions are different - designed to help you feel more confident in your body by moving slowly and taking time to notice how you feel.

Perfect for beginners, people with injuries or people who like to slow things down.

My private sessions are currently full, but there are still lots of ways to work with me. From friendly in-person group sessions to deeply relaxing online yin sessions - and some joyful sessions in-between 🧘
