I help people move more gently, think more clearly and feel more connected - in their bodies, in their work and in themselves. We all deserve to live a great life, but what great looks like changes over time and sometimes we find ourselves stuck, living in a way that isn’t right for us anymore. Through coaching, I've worked with women who've gone on to change career, leave a toxic workplace, and make big life decisions about where (and how) they want to live. And through 1-2-1 yoga lessons I've helped people move more freely in the bodies, prepare for group classes and take time to relax and slow down. I always want people to leave my sessions feeling better than when they arrived.

That might mean calmer.
Looser.
More energised.
Or simply like they’ve had space to breathe.

I keep my gentle yoga sessions small so there’s time to move slowly, adapt for injuries, and make sure everyone feels supported.

Whoop! I’ve just handed in the final assignment of my yoga training for ADHD and autistic children and teens 🎉

From April, I’ll be starting small group and 1-to-1 mindful movement sessions for neurodivergent children with sessions for teens coming in the early summer.

The sessions focus on gentle movement and regulation, with no pressure to be super bendy, keep up, or have any previous experience. Joining in looks different for everyone - and resting, watching, or taking a break is always OK.

Hello March! A small step closer to spring with lighter evenings, and hopefully just a little bit of sunshine 🤞

If you’d like to throw some gentle yoga into the mix, why don’t you come and join us on Thursday mornings? We have one space open in our small and very friendly session, and you’d be so welcome!

And if you’re a little further away or Thursday mornings don’t suit you - free community yoga is online and back for March! Plus a super restorative yin yoga where we hold low poses for longer to help us release tension and feel more grounded.

PS: mindful movement for neurodivergent children starts in April and for neurodivergent teens in early June. Do get in touch for more info

How is it the end of February already? A highlight for me this month has been our Thursday gentle yoga sessions.

There’s something really special about this small group – a lovely feeling of community, moving slowly and taking a moment for yourself.

There’s one more gentle yoga session this month on Thursday, so it’s not too late to join us. Whether you’re new to yoga, like to take your time, or just want a calm space to move and breathe, you’ll be very welcome.

It’s half term, so no gentle yoga this week.

If you’re missing a bit of movement, on Saturday morning I’m holding an online yin yoga session to help you slow down and feel more grounded.

We'll stay close to the floor and hold poses for longer, to give your body time to soften, your nervous system a chance to settle, and space for everything to unwind.

Book at yoco.studio where you’ll also find recorded sessions to dip into in your own time (along with a whole host of other free resources).

A lovely way to rest, reset and be looked after.

On Tuesday I'm hosting a free community yoga session – a little taster of what my group classes and private sessions are like - slow, supportive and in a really friendly space.

And because it’s online, you can join from wherever you are, whatever your budget.

Of course, you're very welcome to join us for gentle yoga on Thursday too - moving at an unhurried pace and with plenty of space to do what feels right for your body.
