I always want people to leave my sessions feeling better than when they arrived.
That might mean calmer.
Looser.
More energised.
Or simply like they’ve had space to breathe.
I keep my gentle yoga sessions small so there’s time to move slowly, adapt for injuries, and make sure everyone feels supported.
