Wendy Day Wellbeing Specialist Recovery Practitioner for burnout and chronic pain and fatigue conditions.

As an ILM endorsed wellbeing coach, I work closely with clients to set personal goals towards improving physical and mental health and balancing their energy. I work holistically and can help support you with: relationships, emotional health, nutrition and exercise, stress and anxiety levels, sleep, finances, career and work/life balance. I have a special interest in supporting people with chronic exhaustive conditions and burnout. Do you suffer with exhaustion, aches and pains, stress, IBS, anxiety, brain fog and sleep issues? It can be difficult and confusing to get the bottom of what is causing these life-restricting symptoms. Living with low energy or burnout can create a huge amount of uncertainty and worry around managing life's responsibilities. I support clients to get to the bottom of what is causing these symptoms and empower them to make positive changes towards rebuilding energy and gradually creating a life full of health and improved wellbeing. Before I knew I was an introvert I used to hate the sound of people coming back from the pub or a party, chatting or singing or laughing as I projected that they had the best lives and had just had the greatest night out ever. Now I lie back ready to slumber in total joy that I am meeting my needs for how my system works; socialising in my own way how I like to best without depleting energy dangerously; knowing that being in and going to bed early is as joyful for me as chatting the night away in a noisy venue is for others. Night night fellow introverts.
