Wendy Day Wellbeing Specialist Recovery Practitioner for burnout and chronic pain and fatigue conditions.

As an ILM endorsed wellbeing coach, I work closely with clients to set personal goals towards improving physical and mental health and balancing their energy. I work holistically and can help support you with: relationships, emotional health, nutrition and exercise, stress and anxiety levels, sleep, finances, career and work/life balance. I have a special interest in supporting people with chronic exhaustive conditions and burnout. Do you suffer with exhaustion, aches and pains, stress, IBS, anxiety, brain fog and sleep issues? It can be difficult and confusing to get the bottom of what is causing these life-restricting symptoms. Living with low energy or burnout can create a huge amount of uncertainty and worry around managing life's responsibilities. I support clients to get to the bottom of what is causing these symptoms and empower them to make positive changes towards rebuilding energy and gradually creating a life full of health and improved wellbeing.
