As an ILM endorsed wellbeing coach, I work closely with clients to set personal goals towards improving physical and mental health and balancing their energy. I work holistically and can help support you with: relationships, emotional health, nutrition and exercise, stress and anxiety levels, sleep, finances, career and work/life balance. I have a special interest in supporting people with chronic exhaustive conditions and burnout. Do you suffer with exhaustion, aches and pains, stress, IBS, anxiety, brain fog and sleep issues? It can be difficult and confusing to get the bottom of what is causing these life-restricting symptoms. Living with low energy or burnout can create a huge amount of uncertainty and worry around managing life's responsibilities. I support clients to get to the bottom of what is causing these symptoms and empower them to make positive changes towards rebuilding energy and gradually creating a life full of health and improved wellbeing. Calling all people-pleasers! This one's for you ๐Ÿ˜Š

You know you donโ€™t have the energy to do everything that is being asked of you, but you donโ€™t know how to say no.

You feel you โ€œshouldโ€ say yes and get on with it: you donโ€™t want people to think you are lazy, unsupportive or not a team member.

But you know you will pay for saying yes to this and that you might be spending time in bed this weekend to try to keep up with lifeโ€™s demands, or youโ€™ll be cancelling something that would have been really good or enjoyable for you.

Learning how to put boundaries in place for our heath and wellbeing is a vital tool in life. It stops us from abandoning our own needs and lets others know how we want to be treated and respected.

Our self-worth is not quantifiable by how much we do for others, but by who we are as a person.

Toxic environments and one-sided relationships are a huge drain on our energy and when we take the plunge and start speaking up, our energy levels and self-esteem rise.

Striving for the extra mile to get approval and be liked sometimes feels easier than saying how we really feel, but it leaves us in people-pleasing behaviour, prioritising othersโ€™ needs, wants and feelings at the expense of our own.
