We had a great day yesterday at Tesco, Riverhead for our 2nd time!

🌿 New free wellbeing sessions at Bradbourne Lakes 🌿

Spending time in nature can have a powerful impact on our wellbeing. That’s why we’re excited to be offering a range of free outdoor wellbeing sessions at Bradbourne Lakes. 🌳

Our sessions include one-to-one counselling (up to 8 sessions) and a variety of Walk & Talk groups, designed to help people connect with others, enjoy gentle movement and take time to focus on their mental wellbeing.

We’re especially excited about the range of Walk & Talk groups available, including dedicated sessions for dog walkers, men, and parents/carers with babies.

Whether you’ve been thinking about counselling for a while and like the idea of doing it outdoors, or you’re simply looking to meet new people, get some fresh air or take a moment for yourself, these sessions offer a welcoming and supportive space. 💙
