Non negotiables for your healthy glowing skin.
Make sure that your cleanser is not stripping your skin’s barrier and yes I’m talking about those over the counter ‘gentle’ cleansers, perfumed cleansing balms, micellar waters and wipes. Mostly they aren’t gentle or for a sensitive skin. Beware!
An SPF is not just for the sunny day, it’s for EVERY day, even if you aren’t going outside. Use a smart one which protects your skin against pollution and blue light from your phone or computer as well as UV rays. Sitting in central heating, air conditioning or by a window is ageing your skin. SPF in your moisturiser or foundation isn’t enough.
Using a great Vitamin C serum straight into the skin after cleansing. We need vitamin c to keep our skin healthy. If it’s in a thick serum or moisturiser, it’s not doing anything for your skin. Use one that’s potent and fresh.
