First jab done.

For reassurance know that I follow all the usual covid safety measures as advised by the Association of Reflexologists. My treatment room is ventilated between clients, surfaces are wiped with antibacterial spray and I wear a mask throughout the treatment.

Reflexology and massage are quite different - this is just one of the areas where they differ.
During a reflexology session you simply slip off your footwear, lay down and relax. The reflexologist gently presses on the reflexes of your feet while your body works on self-healing. Bliss! Chatting is optional. 😀
