Winter candlelit Yin Yoga 🕯️Sunday 7th Dec | 5.30-7pm
✨Step into the stillness of winter with this special candlelit yin yoga practice. As the year draws towards its darkest night and the days grow shorter, we’ll gather in a warm, glowing space surrounded by soft candlelight for a nourishing seasonal ritual of rest and renewal.
✨Jen will gently guide you through a deeply restorative yin sequence designed to honor the quiet gifts of winter. With long, meditative holds, yin yoga works gently into the connective tissues, supporting flexibility, joint health, circulation, and energetic balance. It is a practice that soothes the nervous system, calms the mind, and invites you to slow down - the perfect antidote to December’s busyness.
✨This 90-minute class is an opportunity to pause and replenish, to soften the body, release tension, and connect with a deeper stillness within. As you move inward, you’ll be invited to reflect, let go of the year gone by, and make space for the season ahead.
✨To close, we’ll share warming herbal tea and rich dark chocolate - grounding the practice and leaving you nourished, balanced, and gently attuned to the spirit of winter.
