Winter has given me the space to breathe a little deeper. Once committed, this is a season where rest is the only doing that we need. Resting that comes in many shapes and forms. A bit like these beautiful rocks - resting together, at ease.

Looking back at old photos- never forgotten- the moments that shape and mould our memories, that express wisdom and truth. That inspire always.

I often find with my art that it takes cycles upon cycles to see the truth that lies beneath the image. And I’m grateful for that time of rest so that I can truly see.

Held space for you to be seen. There is something so deeply powerful about witnessing another humans presence. I am always so honoured & humbled in this work. Portraiture opens a space for you to be seen, for your truth to be expressed. Capturing the beauty of last autumn.

“Having an embodied photoshoot felt so out of my comfort zone and I was really nervous on the day but Alice made me feel completley at ease straight away. It was so magical to shoot inn the forest and I really felt that Alice knew what I wanted to achieve. But the real magical moment was seeing the photos after! I was blown away by how Alice had captured me and how beautiful the photos were. It felt like a had trult been seen and captured in my essence. Thank you so much Alice. I am so grateful to have these photos at such a pivotal moment in my life.”

Immersed in stillness with her roots drawing into water & the earth. fragile but resilient.

For the next cycle of the year I will be tending to my heart, listening to nature and using my lens as a powerful tool to play witness to the cyclical interconnectedness of our inner and outer worlds.

This is a beautiful place to begin. In winter when the world is at its most still. Where my body takes a breath and I can listen more closely. Intentionally deepening my creative connection to my own inner seasons and the majestic flow of the outer seasons. Excited to see what stories we will unravel together.

winter is a quiet season, I actually look forward to this time where I can slow down, move with more intention and soften deeper into the world around me.

This little story was sewn together with the last light of the of the year.

All together feeling the call to watch the sunset over the sea and the moon rise high above the land. Small groups of people, families and friends, little fires burning, children shrieking and finding joy in their hearts. Discoveries in rocks and seawater. Sun light then moonlight. The heaven we hold in two palms.

Being with my camera in these moments is where my truth lies, an honouring, a witnessing and a sharing of time.

I create meaningful and heart opening spaces for you to truly nourish your spirit and bring yourself back home to yourself through yoga, meditation and sonic healing.

I also offer rest spaces, these workshops are designed for you to learn be gentle, to nurture yourself with love and kindness; so that you can awaken, attune and remember who you are. Take trust in your ability and allow the unfolding to begin. Like a bud to a rose.

Much of what we need is conscious rest and to slow down, I create a restful space for you to do just that. Taking the much needed time to reconnect with your inner essence, remember your natural flow, have courage and trust in living grace. Let me remind you; to soothe your soul, open your heart and live life to your fullest expression.
