✨ A little introduction… ✨

Hi, I’m Melanie Alford, a Holistic Therapist and Reflexologist with a passion for helping people slow down, reconnect, and prioritise their wellbeing.

I work both one-to-one and in corporate settings across London and the South East, supporting individuals and teams with stress management, relaxation, and workplace wellbeing.

My work includes reflexology, massage, holistic therapies, and leading wellbeing retreats - creating calm, restorative spaces where people can truly switch off and reset.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me out walking with my dogs, enjoying coffee (or a glass of wine!) with friends, or planning my next holiday adventure ✨🌞

At the heart of what I do is a simple belief: when we feel supported and nurtured, we are better equipped to deal with life's challenges & stresses.

Join us from Wednesday 30th July – Friday 1st August 2025 for another special opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, relaxation, and wellbeing.

This intimate retreat is designed for just six guests — perfect for couples, friends, or family members. With such a small group, the experience is personalised and tailored to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect.

Our itinerary includes:

Facial Yoga & Massage with Soulistic Therapy

Yoga & Soundscape Meditation with Tracey Edwards from Red Ox (Fitness & Events)

Plenty of time for long walks, reading, and relaxing in the stunning Essex countryside.

The retreat is yours to enjoy at your own pace — you can take part in as much or as little as you like!

You’ll also have the chance to book bespoke treatments and take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Evenings can be spent relaxing by the log burner, playing games, or making the most of the star-gazing bed, hot tub, and fire pit under the stars.

From 24th March, Soulistic Therapy will be relocating to Shoreham, Kent.

My hours will remain the same, and I will continue to offer weekly treatments on Wednesday & Friday plus the option of a monthly Saturday. I appreciate it may not be easy for some of my existing clients to travel to me, but I of course hope you will - it's not too far away 🥰 I will be offering all current clients, in the Orpington area, the option of a mobile service if required.

Our new home is in a rural setting and I will be offering reflexology and facial massage outside in the summer months, overlooking the stunning lavender fields at Castle Farm.
