✨ Sunday Share ✨ been a busy week for the Cunning Folk, captured a few lovely moments along the way:

1. Finally got around to dressing my outdoor scared space for Autumn.

2. Become an officially certified Tarot practitioner!

3. Worked with the middle cauldron, activating the heart space in the woods with the incredible .

4. Terence & Thomas continue to work on our exciting project (look at them twining 🥹).

5. Peaceful moments in beautiful Kent,I feel especially blessed to live in this part of the world this time of year.

6. Celebrated 2 years of marriage (still going strong 💪).

The Lodge at Riverhead offers women a range of holistic therapies and meditation. As a mum of two and small business owner, I know how vital self-care practices are to maintain well -being. I have been a therapist for 14 years and am passionate about promoting self care in our busy modern culture. I have a BSc Hons in Holistic Therapies and have trained with The British School of Meditation.

Escape to my log cabin tucked away in the heart of Sevenoaks, to rest and reinvigorate with aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage and holistic facials. Enjoy 100% natural products, carefully selected and blissfully scented.

Meditation classes, courses and workshops also run throughout the year, offering you tools for life. The science of meditation fascinates me but through my own experience I have seen the difference it as made to my life and mindset. I love to share the extraordinary benefits of this practice.
