Owned my me, Vicci, I specialise in teaching Matwork groups locally and 121 and 221 sessions in my home studio using the Reformer and Pilates Equipment. I enjoy teaching and helping people to learn to move better, gain suppleness and fitness to achieve there goals.

🌞 Mixed-Ability Pilates at Sun-Kissed Studios, Gillingham 🌞

Join me every Wednesday at 6pm for a welcoming Pilates class designed to help you move, feel, and function at your best.
We blend traditional Pilates exercises with modern biomechanical tecniques, exploring how the body moves through kinetic chains to build strength, balance, and awareness. Using props like balls, bands, weights, and poles, we’ll discover new connections and possibilities within your body.

This isn’t your typical “reps and sets” workout — it’s a mindful movement experience focused on helping you move more freely and efficiently. Perfect for those with niggly issues but nothing too serious and those who want to move well and feel great.

Hi!

Hi, I’m Vicci, an outdoors girl with a passion for movement! Whatever lifestyle you lead, Pilates can significantly enhance your movement and keep you going for longer FACT!

So how did I get into Pilates? Well....it started with Sports Massage, I went off to Oxford and got a BTEC 5 in Sports and Remedial Massage. After seeing clients regualarly, I decided I needed to learn more about how to advise them to improve themselves without the need for repeated massages. Thats when I went off to London and trained with YMCA Fit and gained Level 3 Pilates and STOTT Certified status.

STOTT Pilates is a Contemporary style as opposed to the original Classical style. Thinking is based on core biomechanical principles and sports science research to ensure you are working your body in the most biomechanically efficient way possible. Whether recovering from injury or active but wanting to be stronger for your sports, Pilates can help!
