• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, neurodivergent needs and mental health needs
• Full UK driving licence
• QCF/NVQ Level 3 (or working towards)

✅ Essential Requirements
• Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork
• Positive attitude with a good sense of humour
• Passion for making a real difference
• Ability to support personalised care plans
• Willingness to assist with all aspects of care (including personal care)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a senior/experienced support worker with young adults
• Commitment to personal development

🎉 Birthday Celebrations! 🎉

One of our lovely young people turned 24 on Saturday and what a fantastic weekend she had! 🥳

She enjoyed a fun pizza night with her housemates, followed by an exciting trip to London to see a show. To top it all off, she returned home to celebrate with cake and presents with her housemates. 🎂🎁

Moments like these are what it’s all about… creating memories, promoting independence and having lots of fun along the way 💙

What a brilliant day out at the football for some of the amazing people we support! 🙌💙

There were plenty of smiles, lots of excitement and a wonderful atmosphere all round. Days like this are so important! Getting out and about, enjoying new experiences and making special memories together.
