Feeling overwhelmed ? It can happen to any of us.
As the mad hatter points out , so much to do, so little time!
We juggle the balls, until we can juggle no more, & something has to give!

At this time of year the pressure is upon us, buying gifts, meeting deadlines, financial restraints & expectations! Throw in work, family & everything that life throws at us, we can burn out.

Not good , I know from experience, when you are stopped in your tracks & even everyday tasks become enormous! Listen to your body , your mind too, it is trying its best, to warn you.

Take a moment to see, out of all of the things that you need to do. Is there any that you can let go of?
This is not failure, it is a necessity , if you want to continue , without hitting that wall, of overwhelm.

I usually love Christmas shopping, but , it has become less of a pleasure & more of a stress. I love making personal gifts , they are priceless. I get the pleasure of creating them, & infusing them with love, so I shall be doing more of this & less chasing around the shops.

My ceremonial drum arrived!

I have a drum, but not something special , I have been looking for a while, for one with meaning , for ceremonial drumming.

Now the whole thing, just aligned,
I knew it was for me at the time.

You may or may not know, that I am a Derbyshire girl, it runs through my veins, the Peak District , was my childhood adventure ground.

I found someone that happened to be in Derbyshire!
, creates a personalised drum for you. The drum its self is inspired by the indigenous cultures of the Americas, which for me aligns again.

I received a message the eve of my birthday & on my birthday regarding the creation of what was to be, my drum.

asked if I wanted anything specific on the design of my drum. We had a chat & instantly I knew, this was to be.

Like me Sami Lou is a reiki master, she takes the essence of you & what is channelled through inspire her painting.

I love it! The meaning behind the creation is perfect for me.

This is the interpretation from

The design arises from my conceptual philosophy of the divine feminine cycle (book in progress!) in the form of a feminine compass of becoming whole which combines norse, egyptian and natural mystic symbols.

We have 4 intersected ankhs; with the cross of the ankhs becoming 8 pointed stars (the star of ishtar & isis); in the centre the intersections form a double vesica pisces (as above so below) - the bud of an 8 petalled flower, with the all seeing eye within.
The four inner petals represent the four phases of the divine feminine - maiden, mother, wild woman, crone (corresponding to the four seasons).
The 4 outer petals represent the transitions (and, the equinox and solstices). The edge points combine moon, sound and directional symbology, with norse symbols of protection and wonder inspired by the Aegishjalmur (the helm of awe) ✨️🌙✨️

If you are looking for a ceremonial drum, bespoke to you, made with love & intention. I would highly recommend ✨🌙🖤🌙✨

Always be kind 🪄
It doesn’t cost a thing, but the joy it can bring is priceless.
I know in this world of darkness, it can be hard to shine so bright. Don’t let negative energy, steal your light.

Instead sprinkle your light, like a wave of glitter , lifting souls who just need a little spark , to warm their hearts.

Never presume that if some one is being shirty, that they are not kind. They may just have a lot on their mind. No excuse I hear you say , of course you are right, it is the way. But our minds can only deal with so much.
It may seem small to you, but to them it is too much.

A kind word, a listening ear, a radiant smile , hold the door, it may be all that it takes , to change their day.

Try it, think beyond the exterior 💗💜💗.

When the angels pop by to say , you are loved, you are on the right path , trust what is aligned for you.

Embrace it , accept the transcendence , never give up for dreams will come true. 🪽💜🪽.

I lay last night trying to sleep, as you do!
My guides were ever near , when the light on my phone came on to reveal 4.44 on the 4th .

I have been stopped in my tracks recently , feeling exhausted & questioning , where am I going?
I am a medium & reiki master is that my calling.
I am a nurse , should I continue with what I know?
Should I continue to level 4 counselling ?
I am a silversmith & jeweller too

I know who I am, I know I am on a new journey , but what?!

Have you been feeling like that too?
It’s hard to navigate, but it is clear, it was to come at this time of year.
The full moon is calling, time to ease back, to follow my daily practice again, to find my way back, but I am not lost & neither are you.

It is just time, to refocus on you. Journal at the ready, guides are with you now. The universe is changing its frequency too, there is so much happening , so do not think that you are alone.

It is the way, it is well known, just take your time, you will find your own.

So for now I accept what is for me, & with their guidance I will again be me.
