Apologies to anyone unable to reach us on Thursday and Friday by telephone. This was due to a major outage with BT and EE that left our lines unreachable. Apparently all is well now.

We have a new telephone service activated this week. When calling you will be given 4 options to choose from.

1. For new patient appointments.
2. For repeat appointments with Guy Napper.
3. For repeat appointments with Jade Napper for our simply nails service.
4. For general enquiries.

These options will be available 9 to 5. Monday to Saturday. Outside of these working hours an answer service is available for you to leave a message which will be responded to and calls returned during normal working hours.
