Leave the baggage of yesterday behind you and focus on the new day with belief and excitement, who knows what lies ahead. You are in control of your attitude.

We all have problems, some are much greater than others, but the power of a group is in how we help people to think through their problems and to learn to react differently. Once we change our thinking we will change the outcome.

Albert Einstein once said

“We cannot solve problems with the kind of thinking we employed when we came up with them.”

So when you are hit with a problem, never think you have to solve it alone, surround yourself with positive, uplifting people who will help you through it rather than get down there with you.

You have the ability to cope with anything, believe in yourself and accept the helping hand of friendship.
