It's been a while since I've posted, lots of amazing things have been going on including getting my treatment room ready and being certified in Indian head massage and crystal healing 🥰.

It's never to late to set goals for the year ahead.
Make time to think about what you want to happen this year. Write them down, create a vision board, whatever you are called to do.
Set boundaries, make yourself a priority, and do things that make you truly happy. Stop waiting for it to come to you, go get it!
Make this year count!

Hi beautiful people, it's been a while since I last posted on here!
There has been a lot of things going on, some good, some not so good. But I am excited to share some news with you!
I am in the process of creating a small business. I plan on providing treatments from home on a part time basis. My goal is to be trained by the end of the year in reiki healing and crystal healing, and if I can squeeze any more in I will! Lol
I am also working on bath products such as bath bombs, crumble, shower steamers etc. This is more of a slow progression though, making them is a lot harder than I thought! 😂
I would love to hear feedback from all of you which would help me create my products, and get a better idea of what treatments you would like.
What scents do you like? What do you want to get out of bath products? (Calming, clear the mind, better sleep etc). And what treatments would you like to try? (Reiki, crystal healing, sound bath etc)

I am so happy and proud of what I have achieved already, and I can't wait to share my progression with you all!

It's officially spring!!!

Spring is one of my favourite seasons of the year. Filled with new beginnings, new hope, new life and beauty. 🌻❤
I was filled with so much peace and love this morning as I stood bare foot in the grass, listening to the birds singing and looking at the beautiful spring flowers blossoming.
Now is the time to do things that you are drawn to do. Spring clean, cleanse the house, open windows, sit outside, fill your house with flowers, or use crystals that are linked to new beginnings and love. 🥰

Good afternoon beautiful people 😊

Just a reminder to never give up on the things you enjoy.
If you're anything like me I constantly begin things and then for what ever reason stop... Sometimes this is because I feel a failure, and other times I simply allow life and my surroundings to fill my brain and I forget!
You can always come back, no matter what it is, it is always waiting for you. ❤
I fell behind with yoga, meditation and writing in my journal... But yesterday I felt pulled towards them again. And for the first time in a long time I allowed myself some time to be alone and with my mat. I realised how much I missed it!
Take a break if you need, remember you can always go back to it, never give up. Give yourself some slack, you are doing your best. And remember to always celebrate the things you love about yourself and what you've done to make yourself proud. ❤

Good morning beautiful people 😊.
I hope you all had a lovley break and took time for yourself before going back to work.
I wanted to pop on here and show you a journal that I found in my local Aldi yesterday. It is a wellness journal 😊, you can write about your goals, your week, your food and water intake, how you feel and more! There was also a food diary and fitness journal too.
I have found writing in a journal really helpful for me to work through my triggers and emotions, but over the holidays I took some time off to just enjoy the time I had. I am now ready to get back to it :)

We are finally at the end of this year, it's tested us all but we've got through. Many have lost loved ones and things will be different, sending love to you all. ❤

Let us look to this year as a new beginning.
Change things around you that do not bring you joy. Love yourself more, and don't let others take away your spark. Make goals for this year, be it little things or major changes. Don't be afraid to take that jump!

I am at the beginning of my goal, to create a soap and bath bomb business. It fills with joy and excitement, and I can not wait to see the final result.
What dreams and goals have you been thinking of?
I dare you to be brave and chose that path in the next chapter of life. ❤
