Sheppey Matters have been able to support this amazing gentleman Paul Minter co-founder of the Head Up Charity in his journey to bring much-needed help to serving soldiers and veterans suffering from their mental health in the armed forces.
He is running 31 miles a day for 7 months and today he is running some of those miles around the beautiful Isle of Sheppey.
