⭐️ Pearly whites, here we come! ⭐️
Did you know that biofilm begins to form on your pet’s teeth within just 2–3 days? This biofilm, more commonly known as plaque, appears as the yellow film you may notice on your pet’s teeth. It feeds on sugars and produces acids that can lead to enamel damage and gum disease.
The best way to remove plaque is through daily brushing, as it can begin to harden within 12–24 hours if left on the teeth. Once plaque hardens into tartar, it can no longer be removed by brushing and will require professional cleaning.
