‼️ Graphic photo ‼️

This pup’s teeth have progressed far beyond what we can safely treat with a routine clean. The level of periodontal disease and heavy tartar build-up means a full veterinary dental is needed, including X-rays to assess the damage to the tooth underneath and determine whether any teeth need removing.

This kind of build-up happens over several years and can be extremely uncomfortable and painful. If left untreated, dental disease can also impact major organs and overall health.

With February being Pet Dental Month, now is the perfect time to start caring for your dog’s teeth at home. 🦷

£10 off = free tooth-head for new clients in Kent who book with me this month!

⭐️ February is Pet Dental Month ⭐️

Did you know that 80% of dogs and cats show signs of dental disease by the age of 3?
Bad breath isn’t just unpleasant — it can be a sign of pain, infection, and bacteria that may affect the heart, liver, and kidneys.

This month is the perfect time to check in on your pet’s oral health and make small changes that create a big difference:
• Regular tooth brushing with pet-safe toothpaste
• Natural chews that support plaque removal
• Dental checks with a vet to spot problems early
• Supportive nutrition for healthy gums and teeth

As a pet therapist, I’m passionate about helping owners keep their pets comfortable, pain-free, and thriving — and dental care is a huge part of that wellbeing. 💜

‼️ Special offer for new clients only for this month ‼️

🐾 £10 off a mobile dental clean to help your pet start their journey to a healthier, happier smile.

Message me to book or ask any questions. T&C’s apply.

Because a healthy mouth means a happier pet. 🐾

⭐️ This girly comes in every 8 weeks for her groom and teeth clean. As you can see she is starting to get a build up of plaque within that time. ⭐️

Before I could say about her teeth the owner had already noticed and wanted her on a more regular plan to get them back to sparkling white! Especially since she’s only 3!!

My schedule for teeth cleaning is to start at 2 weeks, then once a month and then down to once every 3 months if the teeth are still looking great! This may change on how your pets teeth go meaning they may have to have more regular again if the build up starts to get worse.

Dental disease can cause so many more issues than receding gums and tooth loss - bacteria can pass through the bloodstream and affect heart, kidneys and liver.

I’m only a message away if you need any dental advice 📱

⭐️ Do you have an indoor cat? ⭐️

Indoor cats need enrichment and wellness too!

Keeping your cat indoors can protect them from traffic, fights, parasites and disease — but it also means we become their whole world.

Indoor cats rely on us for:
✨ Mental stimulation
✨ Physical movement
✨ Stress relief
✨ Healthy routines

Without enough enrichment, indoor cats can become bored, anxious, overweight or develop behaviour issues.

Simple ways to support your indoor cat’s wellbeing:
• Daily interactive play (think hunting, pouncing, chasing)
• Vertical space – shelves, cat trees, window perches
• Opportunities to sniff, explore and “problem solve”
• Regular routines for feeding, play and rest
• Gentle touch, massage or calm interaction (always at their pace)

A happy indoor cat isn’t just safe — they’re fulfilled, relaxed and confident 💛

Because wellness isn’t just about where they live… it’s about how they feel.

✨ From working mode to rest mode ✨

After supporting her human at an important event, this incredible assistance dog is given time to properly decompress with a premium wellness walk.

🐾 Lots of sniffing
🐾 Frequent stopping and pausing
🐾 Walking completely at her pace

This isn’t “lazy walking” — it’s intentional regulation.

🧠 Sniffing lowers heart rate and cortisol, helping the nervous system come out of high-alert working mode
🧠 Stopping allows the brain to process and release built-up stimulation
🧠 Slow, choice-led movement helps the body feel safe again

Assistance dogs spend hours focused, alert and emotionally attuned to their humans.
Just like people after a long day at work, they need time to switch off, reset and regulate.

These premium walks are about quality, not distance — supporting emotional wellbeing, physical comfort and long-term resilience ♥️
