Mother’s Day isn’t just about mums in the middle of raising children.
It’s also about the grandmas — the ones who started it all — and the mums whose children are already grown, but never stop being their children 💛👵

For some, today was full of noisy kitchens, sticky hugs, and handmade cards brought home from school 🖍️💐

For others, today carried a different weight.

For the mums who have lost a child 🤍
For the people missing their own mum a little more today 🕊️
For the women who long to become mums but the journey hasn’t been simple 🌷
For the mums-to-be, waiting to meet the little person who is already changing their world 🤰✨

Motherhood holds joy, grief, love, worry, pride, and more strength than most people realise 💛

However today looked for you — warm, complicated, joyful, or quiet — I hope there was at least a moment in it where you felt appreciated 🌸
