Rehabilitation done right 💫

It was a pleasure to help Jane recover from a hamstring injury that was stopping her from performing at her best in her exercise classes!

After a thorough assessment we figured out what was contributing to Jane's pain and what strengthening exercise would fix the issue (and reduce the risk of it coming back)!

All wrapped up in a programme she can take away and follow knowing she has the right advice and guide to hand!

“Yeah I’ve done loads of physio and it’s not worked”

We hear and see it all the time!

What’s disappointing is you go to see a physiotherapist or sports therapist and you don’t get the right rehab the empowers you to get back to enjoying sport and exercise.

In some cases misdiagnosis can happen (which is why it’s important to follow up and checkin regularly).

But also the responsibility lies in you doing the work, and putting your all in to your rehabilitation (just like you would train or compete).

We also understand the common pitfalls which mean we don’t all consistently commit (accountability, progress, support, community). All the things that you receive from coaches in all aspect of training/competing.

Thats why we have launched our small group rehab classes so you can:

✅ Get an individualised programme for you to follow
✅ Receive weekly support and adjustments
✅ Get immediate feedback on form and technique
✅ Save costs compared 1-2-1 physio/sports therapy

Our small group rehab sessions help you get over injury quickly with individualised programmes specific to your injury and goals.

Meaning you can drop in up to 2 times a week and get support, accountability and someone to help progress or regress your exercises as needed.

Welcome to Novembers social walk! 🎅🏼

Join us this Saturday for our final walk of the year!

We will be taking on A to B walk from Bakewell to Chatsworth House for the Christmas market!

We will be getting the 218 bus out to Bakewell, before heading towards Chatsworth house and then head into the markets, taking in all the mulled wine, hot chocolate, and bratwursts you can shake a candy cane at!

This walk is approx 2.5hrs + xmas market time - we will then be taking the 218 bus back to Sheffield around 3/4pm.

We are really looking forward to sharing some really practical skills that you can walk straight out of this session into your training sessions or classes!

But what if you don’t have those people in front of you? Do you coach online over Zoom or maybe remotely?

We are going to teach you what your essential go to’s should but!

But also the right questions you can ask to make sure you’re getting the answers that you need!

It’s not always easy to know what is relevant to you and your clients, so I’d love to spend some time with you- sharing how the pelvic floor works to support performance.
