Here’s a great way of self massaging/stretching the often tight muscles and tendons around the elbow as a result of repetitive training or heavy lifting.

If you’re struggling - aim to do this in your warm up (yes you should be warming up) before you start training and after 💪🏼

Meet Jen 💫

Her work is deeply shaped by her own journey: overcoming chronic MSK pain through strength & conditioning, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and a passion for women’s health — especially where it intersects with neurodivergence. She brings compassion, curiosity, and lived experience into every class!

She also organises adventure wellness trips for women, taking them into nature, pushing comfort zones, and often leading them up a mountain…with her golden rule: every trip must end with a spa day to recover and reset 🏔️

Outside of teaching, she’s an Italy lover (and speaker!), and keeps active with ski touring whenever she can, or trail running, cycling, gym sessions, and of course, yoga 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️🧘‍♀️🇮🇹

📣 Adventure Reminder! 📣

We are back for this months Social Walk (Next Saturday) and we are ticking off 2 Ethels finishing up with a pub lunch 😋

Join us for a rewarding circular social walk from Charlestown in Glossop as we head into the rolling hills to tick off two Peak District Ethels: Lantern Pike and Cown Edge.

We’ll climb steadily through open countryside to Lantern Pike’s superb viewpoint, where wide panoramas stretch across the High Peak and beyond. From there, we’ll follow airy moorland paths towards the rugged gritstone ridge of Cown Edge, enjoying expansive views and that invigorating sense of space.

A brilliant moderate route with big skies and great company (apprently!) come and bag two Ethels with us.

We look forward to seeing you there!

She’s especially interested in helping people stay active long term whether that is from relieving sports massages to exercises and stretches to make them more mobile.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her buried in a good book, hiking with her adopted dog Bailey, or enjoying her favourite anime worlds 📚🐶🌄
