He loves helping people build strength that’s not just about looks — it’s about resilience, durability, and being able to do what you love without limits. With experience across elite sport, the NHS, private clinics, and Fit4Function, Bradley is passionate about giving athletes and active individuals access to the same high-level care usually reserved for professionals.

His approach combines physiotherapy and strength & conditioning in a holistic, individualised way, with a special focus on lower limb injuries and post-surgery recovery. Bradley blends hands-on care with tailored exercise prescription to get you moving stronger and safer 🙏🏼

When he’s not supporting clients, you’ll find him running, training for marathons, or jumping as high as possible to stay fit for anything. Add a love of good food, coffee, and fizzy sweets, and you’ve got the perfect balance of hard work and life’s little pleasures ☕🍬

Passionate about rock climbing trips and trail running in the Peaks, he uses every adventure as a chance to learn more and bring that knowledge back to the people he coaches. 75 years young 💪🏼

Jeff has been working with me for around 6 months now after enquiring to get functionally stronger and what a treats it’s been!

Jeff has had 3 knee replacement operations (2 on the left, 1 on the right), heart surgery as well as rotator cuff repairs and a long history of fear of crippling back pain.

Over these past months we’re had him trap bar deadlifting to improve his leg drive and abdominal bracing and recently moving on conventional deadlifting 🤌🏼

We’ve now reduced his fear of back pain, getting up and down with no pain and developing his confidence.

Highlights from our monthly social yesterday 🤩

Lots of fun had, big smiles and good conversations throughout whilst we tackled the west of the Peak District 🙏🏼

We had it all: Sun, wind, rain, sheep herding, horse whispering (and scaring), dry wall climbing all finished with a Guinness and some great grub to finish 😋

What more can you ask for on a social walk? 🤩

Stop your bicep/tennis elbow using this ⬆️

Here’s a great way of self massaging/stretching the often tight muscles and tendons around the elbow as a result of repetitive training or heavy lifting.

If you’re struggling - aim to do this in your warm up (yes you should be warming up) before you start training and after 💪🏼
