It’s an exciting week 🎉
I’ve been running my Pilates classes in Chapeltown for 2 years and many participants have been coming since the start 💪 🙌
Plus I start my additional new classes in Pen*stone on Thursday this week 🙌

Movement snacks are short, bite-sized bursts of physical activity which typically last between 30 seconds and a few minutes. They are a great way to spread activity throughout the day and are easier to fit in than a longer exercise session. Perfect if you work from home with a desk-based job.

Movement snacks can also give you a quick burst of energy and endorphins – the brain’s ‘feel-good’ chemicals. Why not try this week’s movement snack whilst boiling the kettle, or set a time for a minute or two, between meetings.

Over my years of teaching I’ve worked at three Pilates studios and two gyms. Today marked the end of freelancing.
This means all my classes will now be organised and run by me in the community. My Chapeltown classes have been running two years. I love bringing people together in the community to move more and feel better, the buzz of the class and the friendships made through the classes.
I now look forward to starting my additional classes in Pen*stone.

Being a small business owner you are always learning!! These last weeks have been a reflection of that. I joined a small group of fabulous business owners and together we learnt about content creation and video editing.
It was a fabulous series of workshops and very beneficial.
