This weeks marks one year since I got the keys to the studio and I can’t describe how happy I am to spend each and every day creating space for the women in the community I’ve built, in the space I’ve created. It’s literally the most meaningful life work, so thank you.

One thing that excites me about this the most is that as women, we hardly get any opportunity to fill our cup. We’re conditioned to pour endlessly - into our families, our work, our home - until we’re running on empty, wondering why we feel so depleted.

That’s exactly why this space exists. Not as a luxury, not as an indulgence, but as a necessity. A place where you can finally exhale, where your body is listened to, where your needs actually come first for an hour or two.

Every treatment we offer is created entirely by me with one purpose: to remind you what it feels like to be truly cared for. To restore the energy you’ve given away, to ease the tension you’ve been carrying, to honour the transitions your body moves through.

We can’t wait to see you in the studio very soon.
