My next Sound Journey is this Friday 1 May.

This month is a little unusual, as May carries two full moons, with the second arriving on 31 May. This makes this first gathering a powerful point to pause, settle, and work with what’s ready to be released or softened before we meet again at the end of the month.

Come and lie down, be held in sound, and allow yourself to drop into what you need to feel, as we intentionally journey inwards.

I’ll be working with gongs, crystal singing bowls and percussion, creating a layered soundscape to support release and relaxation.

This is a meditative women’s circle, where we weave together simple, heart-opening harmony songs with moments of stillness and reflection. Everything is taught on the night, so there’s no need to read music or have any previous singing experience.

This Friday I’m holding a full moon sound journey, as we move further into spring and everything around us begins to open and shift.

This time of year brings more light, more energy, more movement - and the full moon often draws things gently up to the surface.

This is a space to pause within that. To lie down, be held in sound, and allow yourself to soften into deep rest, feeling, and stillness.

I’ll be working with gongs, crystal singing bowls and percussion, creating a layered soundscape to support relaxation, release, and a gentle inward journey.

New dates for Home Song: A Women’s Singing Circle are now open.

These evenings are a chance to gather, sing simple harmony songs together, and drop into a slower, more meditative space. No singing experience needed - everything is taught on the night.

I’m holding a nourishing sound journey on 1st February, at a powerful threshold - the February Full Moon (Snow Moon) and Imbolc, marking the first signs of spring.

A moment where release meets renewal: the full moon invites us to soften and let go, while Imbolc gently reminds us that new life is already unfolding beneath the surface.

Working with gongs, crystal singing bowls, and percussion, I’ll weave a frequency journey to calm the nervous system, clear winter heaviness, and create space for what wants to grow.
