SELF CARE; good self care can take on many forms. It could be about ensuring that you get enough sleep or relaxation time. Maybe it’s about getting out in the fresh air and exercising. Treats or treatments. Perhaps it’s about what food you decide your body needs today.
Self care helps to establish balance and avoid burnout. Sometimes you may need extra self care to restore balance or relieve stress in a particular area of your life.
🪣Stress bucket; Imagine you have a bucket which gradually gets filled up as you experience different types of stress. Depending on what’s happening in your life, sometimes it may feel quite empty, sometimes full.
Self caring actions can help to relieve some of this stress. You can think of this as like a tap or holes in the bottom of the bucket 🙂
