Next up following WoodRun on Thursday 30th April is the Wild 3 + at Thursday Accelerate Trail runners.

It’s about to get wild. The Altra Experience Wild 3+ a shoe that’s got Vibram® grip, a lightweight feel, new Altra EGO™ P35 midsole foam and that signature Altra Fit that your toes will love. We will be heading out on a sociable 6-7k route with plenty of stops to regroup throughout, making the most of the amazing trails in and around the Rivelin Valley.

Focussing on run technique with our WoodRun group. The session involves drills and mobility, the emphasis of WoodRun is Running Technique and Stability. Speed is irrelevant, a willingness to have a laugh and develop your running technique is much more important.

Introducing the Merrell Trail Glove 8

Lot's of requests for this one in store so we've brought a few pairs in. Minimalist Trail Shoe built for natural movement. Features a thin layer of Float pro foam and Flex connect technology for better ground feel. Combined with Vibram outsole for grip and reliable traction running or walking.


If you're not liking max cushioned shoes then come on down to the store and give them a try.

Tuesdays are accompanied with regular stops to regroup to take in the scenery (Or to get your breath back after one of the many hills 😉)
