Our Beginners Yoga class in Chapeltown is designed for all ages and abilities, giving you a calm, welcoming space to move your body, ease tension, build strength and improve flexibility at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
You do not need experience.
You do not need to be super bendy.
You just need to start.
Whether you want to feel stronger, more mobile, less stressed, or simply take an hour for yourself each week, this class is a gentle way to begin your yoga journey with support every step of the way.
