After 8 years Sarah Bee flew the Hot Yoga Commonside nest at the end of October for ventures new but rest assured she would love to maintain contact with you guys so she can keep in touch with all her yoga news!!

Sarah will be running yoga and wellbeing retreats in the UK and Internationally next year along with offering 1:1 yoga with coaching for women who perhaps feel at a crossroads with a personal or professional challenge.

Also on the horizon is 1:1 mentoring to yoga teachers either newly qualified or teachers looking to reach a little more of their potential with the help of some of Sarah’s resources and experience in the exciting field of teaching yoga abroad.
