Remember your thoughts are the primary cause of everything.

Those habits you have are the result of a thought you kept repeating the thought and the action till it became a habit .
It takes 28 days (about) to change a habit .....

So stop and think ๐Ÿค”

If you don't want to do something start by identifying what it is .It has made a strong pathway in your brain ...if you want to change that then .....

Start doing something different instead .

Keep repeating the way you want it to be for around 28 days .
You are building new pathways
Forming new habits .
Doing things a different way .
Making the new way the new habit.

Sound simple ?
It really can be as simple as that .

You are in charge of this .

Having fun could increase serotonin levels .

By engaging in activities like exercise, sunlight exposure, listening to music, and socialising.

Other fun ways to boost serotonin include dancing, getting massages, and eating certain foods like dark chocolate or those rich in tryptophan.

Exercise: Aerobic activities like running, brisk walking, or swimming are effective.

Sunlight exposure: Getting at least 10โ€“15 minutes of sunlight each day can help increase production.

Listening to music: Enjoying music is a great way to boost mood and serotonin.

Socialising: Spending quality time with friends and family can increase serotonin and oxytocin.

Dancing: Moving to music is a fun way to release feel-good hormones.

Massage: Massage therapy can increase serotonin levels naturally.

Creative pursuits: Engaging in hobbies like painting, writing, or playing music can enhance your mood.

Dietary approaches

You are always in charge of the pace you go through life .
You make your own choices and even if they don't take you where you thought ,learn from them so there is never a wrong choice just an opportunity for growth.
Listen to your body .
Listen to your gut feelings .
Make it your goal to balance your life .
Remember though feelings are meant to be felt ....Learn to flow with them .
