Remember your thoughts are the primary cause of everything.
Those habits you have are the result of a thought you kept repeating the thought and the action till it became a habit .
It takes 28 days (about) to change a habit .....
So stop and think ๐ค
If you don't want to do something start by identifying what it is .It has made a strong pathway in your brain ...if you want to change that then .....
Start doing something different instead .
Keep repeating the way you want it to be for around 28 days .
You are building new pathways
Forming new habits .
Doing things a different way .
Making the new way the new habit.
Sound simple ?
It really can be as simple as that .
You are in charge of this .
