Friday afternoon cafe reflections..

Sitting on the very avenue where I first lived - nearly 53 years of earthly growth and reflection.. I’ve been to visit the homes of my grandparents and walk the paths of my childhood to the sweet shop that isn’t there anymore.. many feelings arising to be felt and released. Surrounded by strangers in such a familiar place.

Beginning Monday 8th September I will be returning to the mat to hold space for a weekly meditation class 7:30-8:30pm.

This will be at fit-4-fun-fit-4-life Pilates studio in Eckington.

May innocence and humility be our norm

May the protection of love surround and hold all beings
May those who walk in the darkness find their light and guidance
May we be grateful for every lived experience and see the lessons in everything
