Celebrating Our CQC Outstanding Rating – Thank You!
On 1st August, we proudly hosted a very special celebration marking a huge milestone for our team — First Support Care has officially been rated Outstanding by the CQC!
We are currently the only home care provider in Sheffield to hold this top rating — and it was only right to celebrate this achievement with the people and communities who helped us get here.
The event was filled with warmth, energy, and meaningful conversations. We were honoured to welcome three brilliant keynote speakers whose powerful contributions made the day even more memorable:

Each of them spoke passionately about health inequalities, community empowerment, and the importance of raising the bar in care services — all values that align with our mission.
🎖️We also heard moving reflections from Safiya Ahmed and Noura Hosni, two of our amazing carers, who shared the emotional impact of their work and the difference it makes in the lives of those we support.
🍰 From heartfelt speeches and community spirit to a delicious serving of Somali food and desserts, it was truly a celebration to remember.
