Was feeling a bit overwhelmed by my to-do list then this popped into my inbox! This client, like all our clients in solution-focus, is very energising and inspiring and his email and reflecting on our conversations is causing me to feel more focused and less overwhelmed. Specifically with the self-talk "trust the difference the next small sign of progress will make". What small signs and self-talk helps with your to-do list?
