Before Treatment:

✅ Avoid retinols, acids, or harsh products 3-5 days before
✅ No waxing, chemical peels, or sun exposure
✅ Stay well hydrated
✅ If you’re using numbing cream, apply to the forehead 15–20 mins before your appointment (optional – especially helpful if forehead feels more sensitive)
